An MBA student in a bright case-discussion classroom writes with Apple Pencil on an iPad lying on her desk, glancing up at the professor.

Capture

Three ways to keep the class. Pick yours.

Listen and take part. Meetly keeps every word, with who said it.

  • A student in a seminar types on a MacBook, seen from the side, while she listens to the discussion.

    MacBook, with notes

Record the class on your Mac and type notes beside it. Add photos or files.

  • Over a student’s shoulder: he writes with Apple Pencil on an iPad lying on a lecture-hall desk, a coffee beside it.

    iPad, with Apple Pencil

Record on your iPad and write your notes with Apple Pencil while it listens.

  • A student in a lecture hall listens with a notebook, Meetly Capsule held by its magnet on his shirt collar.

Capsule, on you or the desk

    Coming early 2027

Wear it on your collar or set it on the desk. It records the lecture on its own and syncs to Meetly.

You: @Meetly quiz me on this week’s strategy classes. Three questions.

ChatGPT:
  1. Why did the professor say the low-cost entrant could not be matched on price?
  2. Which two options did your group rank for the case, and why the first?
  3. What did Elena argue about switching costs in Tuesday’s discussion?

Even less to set up. Meetly Capsule and Card.

Optional devices for your Meetly memory. Everything they record lands in the same app.

Meetly Capsule lies on a classroom desk beside an open notebook while a professor teaches at the whiteboard.

Meetly Capsule

A small matte recorder you wear or set on the desk. Capsule records on its own, no phone needed. When it’s back near your iPhone or Mac, it syncs over Bluetooth and Meetly transcribes it.

Meetly Card

A thin card on the back of your phone, for calls and meetings.

Questions

Is it free?
Yes, with limits. Free recordings run up to 25 minutes and you keep 5 conversations at a time. Meetly Pro removes the length limit, for full lectures. Free and Pro, compared
Do I need a Capsule or Card?
No. Meetly works today on the iPhone, iPad and Mac you already have. The devices are optional and ship in early 2027.
Can I record my class?
Ask first. Many schools and professors have rules about recording lectures, so check yours, and ask your classmates before you record a discussion or a study group. Meetly asks “Everyone OK with recording?” before every recording. You’re responsible for the recording rules where you are.
Does it work across my devices?
Yes. Record on your iPad, type notes on your Mac, search on your iPhone. Sync is optional, to your private iCloud.
