Before you reserve.
Is transcription really unlimited?
Yes. It runs on your iPhone or Mac, so there’s no per-minute cost to pass on. Capsule owners get unlimited transcription for as long as they use Meetly.
What happens after the first year?
Recording, unlimited transcription, search, replay and export stay free. Speaker memory, iCloud sync and your AI connection are Meetly Pro, free for your first year, then only if you choose it. Nothing you recorded is locked away.
How does the call dongle work?
It plugs into your iPhone’s USB-C port and captures the calls you take on your Bluetooth earbuds (phone, Zoom or WhatsApp) into the same Meetly memory. We’ll publish the tested phones and headsets before we take payment.
Which phones work?
iPhone, iPad and Mac. Capsule pairs over Bluetooth with recent iPhones; the call dongle needs a USB-C iPhone. Android and Windows aren’t supported yet.
When does it ship, and where?
We’ll email your ship date and confirm your country before taking any payment. Shipping is calculated at checkout. If we miss the date, you can cancel for a full refund.
Is it okay to record people?
Rules differ by place, and some require everyone’s consent. Capsule shows a light while it records, and Meetly asks you to confirm consent before a meeting recording. A simple line works: “I record our conversations so I don’t miss anything. Is that okay?”
